Our Environment

Woodland prides it’s self on being a natural calming environment with highly qualified staff that provide the very best care and education. Our home from home setting provides exciting learning opportunities to extend the children’s learning and development in all seven areas of the EYFS. Our environment is laid out to maximise space and provide a homely feel, we believe the environment is a ‘second’ teacher, so all resources are accessible for the children to play independently and express their choices.

We have a spacious outside area with fantastic continual provision that the children are able to access freely throughout the day. We believe that outdoor play is an integral part of our early years provision which reflects a broad and diverse range of learning experiences, we are always well-equipped rain or shine.
